Zoe Ying Zhang is the founder of ValueVue LLC, an MAI-designated commercial real estate appraiser based in Texas. With over a decade of experience in the commercial appraisal industry, Ms. Zhang has appraised a wide range of property types including retail complexes, industrial facilities, office buildings, multi-family developments, hotels, farm and ranch land, and special-use properties.
